What is Recharge Clinical Psychology Services?

We have been fortunate to work with thousands of individuals in our clinical practice. Our decision to extend beyond our private practice and into the delivery workshops, staff development and training was propelled by our desire to assist and support more individuals – and so Recharge Clinical Psychology Services was born.

We have often received feedback from our clients that the basic coping strategies taught in the first handful of sessions, have a significant positive impact on their mood, anxiety levels, sleep, wellbeing and work lives.

We are passionate about providing individuals with the tools they need to thrive. We aim to bring into the workplace a range of evidence-based practical strategies that you could  expect to learn in an individual therapy setting. These tools will support people to feel recharged in their work lives and home lives, for overall improved work performance and increased resilience.

Recharge Clinical Psychology Services provide opportunities to deliver effective strategies to groups through staff development seminars. We also provide individualised Clinical Consultation and Debriefing to Executive staff and HR Managers.

We provide customised workshops to meet your needs and will consult with you to tailor a program which suits your time and information requirements.
